Morozov Valery Ivanovich was born in 1951 in Sverdlovsk. In 1977 he graduated from Tashkent Art School. In 1982 he graduated from the Art-Industrial Institute in Kharkov, department of monumental and decorative art. Since 1982 lives in Izhevsk. At the moment he teaches at the Udmurt State University at the department of monumental and decorative art.
He is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia, a participant of regional exhibitions "Big Volga" and All-Russian exhibitions in Moscow. Honored Worker of Culture of the UR.
