
Kostylev Pavel Grigorievich was born in a large family in Izhevsk in November 1947.
Graduated in Moscow MUKSH (Moscow Secondary Art School).
Then, taught in Izhevsk at the Khudgraf - drawing, painting, composition.
The teacher was Kholmogorov Alexei Pavlovich.
After graduating from the Faculty of Arts, sent to work as a teacher at the Faculty of Arts of UdSU.
Many made to order portraits and landscapes.
