Artist Arthur Kostylev was born in Rostov on Don 1968 in the family of artists.
S 1983-1986g. - Studied at the art school in Izhevsk. He drew comics.
In 1986-1991. - Studied at the art school in St. Petersburg-Pavlovsk (department "Design", received a diploma of artist-designer).
From 1991-1992. - Work on the creation of a collection of comics.
From 1992-2003. - Creative activity, a great role is played by watercolor painting, the search for the image of the Russian provincial landscape.
Since 2003 lives in Moscow During this period the artist performed a lot of paintings of interiors of private and public buildings.
Among the most significant objects are such as painting in the personal apartments of Dmitry Medvedev, the restaurant "Lomonosov" at Moscow State University / Moscow, as well as participation in the painting of the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in Altufievo.
The breadth of solutions, a variety of tasks - such as painting a picture, painting a wall, as well as decorating furniture - all this has enriched the experience of the artist to create new projects.
