Dear guests of the folk museum-gallery "La bohéme artistique", before you are the works of two skillful landscape painters: Anatoly Tikhonovich Russkikh and his grandson Pavel Alexandrovich Kozhevnikov.

A.T. Russkikh (1937 - 2012) - Honored Artist of Russia, People's Artist of Udmurtia, who was the head of the Union of Artists of the Republic. In his works Anatoly Tikhonovich glorified the beauty of Udmurt nature, inspired by his small homeland - the village of Novy Multan. The landscape painter had an amazing gift - to find the beautiful in seemingly ordinary things: fellow villagers were surprised how amazingly beautiful on his canvases the places they see every day.

P.A. Kozhevnikov is a member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia, a participant of various art exhibitions. Pavel Alexandrovich also became interested in landscapes of his native land and followed the footsteps of his grandfather Anatoly Tikhonovich. The artist paints in the same manner, uses similar artistic techniques, but his canvases are brighter, filled with color and light. P.A. Kozhevnikov wonderfully conveys the atmosphere and mood reigning in nature, he captures every ray of the sun, the glare on the water and the breeze of the wind.

Red thread runs through the creations of grandfather and grandson - the thread of love for art and nature.

Take a look for yourself!

Udmurtia

Udmurtia, you are my Motherland
There is no more beautiful and native for me.
Your fields, your forests - your soul.
Udmurtia, my Udmurtia.
I love your cities, I love your villages.
People live in them friendly and cheerful.
And I am ready to admire for a long time,
The beauty of your rivers, the beauty of the banks.
