№2, 01.12.2023

Dear friends, we are only a few days away from the New Year. This is the best time for summarizing results and making plans for the next year.

The year 2023 saw many events at La bohème artistique museum and gallery:

First, we assembled a team of professionals and began publishing an art magazine, the second issue of which you are holding in your hands. The first issue sold out even faster than we expected.

Secondly, our project "Labyrinth of Art", which brought together many talented artists, won the Gold Medal at the international competition "Art. Excellence. Awards" ("Art. Excellence. Recognition") - the largest competition project in Europe, uniting representatives of more than 70 countries of the world. "Labyrinth of Art" was realized with the support of the Board of Trustees of the gallery and is a joint project of "LAB", the Ministry of Culture of the Udmurt Republic and the administration of the shopping center "My Port", a special huge thanks for understanding and assistance to Sergey Mikhailovich Molchanov.

Thirdly, our Board of Trustees has formed a team of serious and responsible people, not indifferent to art, who together can handle the most complex and large-scale projects!

Fourthly, "LAB" has organized a lot of exhibitions at various venues in Izhevsk and Udmurtia. It is possible to list them all, but you will get tired of reading.

And now - about plans for the future.

In the coming year 2024 our Board of Trustees has decided to pay maximum attention to the development of cultural tourism in the territory of the Udmurt Republic. We will be able to take groups of artists on plein air tours to the most picturesque places inspiring them to create new beautiful paintings. Our projects will involve more and more professionals and art lovers into this orbit. And, of course, we will organize new exhibitions and cooperate with all those who are interested in LAB's activities and wish to become our friends!

I would like to thank all the trustees of LAB, the team of our magazine, artists and guests of our exhibition spaces for the results we have achieved! We are, in fact, still at the beginning of our journey, and we have exciting prospects for spreading art into all spheres of our lives.

I wish everyone happiness, health and inspiration in the New Year!
