Klevtsova Elena Danilovna

Born on 12.06.1961 in the town of Nazarovo, Krasnoyarsk region. There she also studied at school. I received higher education in the city of Novosibirsk. My profession is engineer-technologist of public catering. I started my labor activity in 1983 in Krasnoyarsk-45 (Zelenogorsk). Since 2006 I live in Izhevsk.

In my school years I liked to draw with watercolor, drew from pictures, from nature - flowers, landscapes. One year studied in art school. (Abandoned foolishly - it was ashamed to go, not having completed all the tasks in painting and drawing for the summer vacation). In my student years I designed wall newspapers.

Always said: "I will retire, I will take a sketchbook and - to nature, to plein air". Since 2018 on retirement, free time was filled with painting. A year lived master classes on the Internet. Tried to write with gouache, acrylic, then oil paints. It turned out pretty well, but I did not consider my works on master classes as my own. I dreamed of writing author's paintings. Since June 2019 I began to master the ABCs of painting on online courses of artist Alexander Grigoriev-Savrasov (Rybinsk, a member of the Russian Union of Artists). Alexander teaches to write, applying knowledge, not copying a picture or nature.

Painting is my hobby and I devote all my free and "non-free" time to it. I paint mainly in oil from nature or from my photos, in different genres - landscape, still life, portrait. I love colors - it and emotions and mood. I haven't decided on a style, but I am attracted to impressionism and abstraction.
