Oksana was born in the village of Yak-Bodya, but lived and grew up in Izhevsk. Since childhood she dreamed of becoming an artist. Many works created in her childhood won prizes in various competitions, for example, little Oksana sent her drawing-illustration for the fairy tale "Pinocchio" to the TV show "Visiting the Fairy Tale", which was a favorite of all children at that time.
When she started to study at school, she went to the Izostudiya in the Palace of Pioneers, then went to the 9th School of Arts. And after graduation, she entered PU 9 in the city of Engels, Saratov region, to specialize as a decorative artist. She graduated with a red diploma. In 2005, working at the National Center of Crafts and Decorative and Applied Arts, she entered the Faculty of Arts at UdSU, majoring in "Theory of History of Folk Art Culture".
About 30 years Oksana has been engaged in painting and all areas of DPI, to which she is very grateful to her grandmother Elizaveta Semyonovna, it was her grandmother who managed to instill a love of creativity in an extremely restless child.
Oksana is now a freelance artist, creating for her own pleasure, although she has worked in many organizations, including Kama-Art (miniature painter), PE Nina (miniature painter), Gallery (specialist in art painting), National Crafts Center (leading methodologist in painting).
